In 2008, Founder Steven Monk pioneered the transition from the company’s traditional practices to the more innovative practices of “Green Cleaning”.
Steven’s focus was to bring high quality janitorial services that would improve indoor air quality and provide environmental remediation with the use of only non-toxic, environmentally friendly products and state-of-the-art equipment.
It was becoming clear that the best way to deal with disease was not to treat it but to prevent it. In fact, many health care professionals and environmental scientist consider cleaning the best first line of defense against infectious diseases.
Steven realized that the traditional methods of “One Bucket” for all floors; “One Rag” for all surfaces only spreads dangerous, disease producing germs rather than eliminating them.
Justus Cleaning Services combats this issue by using a proprietary system of color-coded microfiber cloths that effectively prevent cross contamination of these hazardous pathogens. This system, in addition to using environmentally friendly germicide kills 99.9% of all pathogens including many of the most dangerous viruses.
The efficacy of their cleaning procedure is validated with the 3M Clean Trace ATP rapid hygiene test. This system assesses and measures the cleanliness of the service area through advanced technology and software.
