With over 22 years of traditional janitorial experience, Justus Cleaning Services of Southern California has taught us the shortcomings of the seemingly routine, midnight to dawn practices. Identification of these shortfalls inspired founder Steven Monk to transfer the company’s traditional practices to cutting edge “Green Cleaning” practices in 2008 to focus on an under served segment of the janitorial market place and continue to provide green cleaning janitorial practices to this day. The traditional method of “One Bucket” for all floors, “One Rag” for all surfaces, although seemingly simple, was not in the best interest of our current workplace health concerns. Germs are especially present in public buildings. Public restrooms have more “frequent touch” contamination points than any other area of a facility.
